1970 body on a 4th gen frame

I am looking into making a custom fbody with a frame/suspension and ls1 from a 4th gen and putting a 70 camaro body onto it. I was also thinking of a c5 roller as well. Here are some specs

Any opinions/suggestions on this? Anyone do this before? I think it would be a pretty neat setup if it can be done

forth gens really dont have frames. I thinkthe C5 suspension and torque tube would be better.

there is a company in Spanish Fork UT.. called Retro Rides.. that takes a 4thgen frame.. stretches it a few inches.. and puts a 69 body on top of it.. i got a chance to see the process 1st hand, before they went to SEMA in 05. i just couldnt stand seeing a perfectly good Z28 4thgen get cut and torn apart like that.. but the final product is awesome.
