Push-button gearshift for powerglide?

Push button gearshift for powerglide I have an LS1 in a trike, mated to a powerglide transmission and would like to change the gearshift to a push button type if possible or change to a system that could possibly be mounted on the handlebars.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Powerglide Gearshift I have built a trike with an LS1 motor and a shortened powerglide transmission.
I am not happy with using a conventional gearshift and I am wondering if there is a pushbutton gearshift available for a powerglide or even a system similar to clicktronic that could be mounted on the handlebars?
I am currently toying with the idea of using waterproof microswitches if all else fails. Do you guys feel that it would work successfully or not?
I would appreciate any input whatsoever.

I will post a few more recent pics tonight, but I am not happy with the finished product so I have stripped the body off and taken it to a guy who specialises in building outrageous Hot Rod bodies. Already it is looking leaner and meaner, and I am feeling much better about how the completed project will look. (He is doing it on the cheap cause he loves the project) The world needs more people like him. He thinks maybe another 3 weeks to completion.
He has turned it into a 4 seater as well with a much meaner rear wing.
One of the biggest bugbears I have had all along was the gearshift and thanks to ACW that seems to be solved. There is also a strong possibility that it can be mounted as a paddleshift on the handlebars, and with a 2/10ths of a sec. change time, I am laughing.
Again, thanks you guys for all your help and interest in the past and no doubt I am not finished needing your assistance even yet.

As long as you guys are helping me rebuild the whole bloody trike, what info do you have on electric push button parking brakes. I need to save every bit of space that I can.
I am struggling a bit to post pics so any advice on how to, would be appreciated.
