Dash Cluster with conversion
1.) Use aftermarket gauges - DO NOT WANT TO DO THIS. I like a factory look.
2.) If I keep the jeep cluster, I'm fine with that, but I don't know how to get the tach to work. I don't exactly understand what the tach is looking for, but apparently either the chevy signal is different from the chrysler, or more likely the tach is looking for 6 pulses per cycle, and it'll be getting 8. People just tell me it won't work, but I don't know why... any one know why?
3.) I thought it would be super cool to get graft in a camaro or trans am cluster. I don't know if it'll work size wise yet, but my concerns now would be the speedo, and the gas gauge.
Does anyone know of a company that can take a factory cluster and rework it to look for a different signal or something like that?
First Post... woo hoo

My engine will be shipping tomorrow... I'm excited already.

ya, it looks like this will do the job nicely. If I can't get an easy way to do a camaro dash, then I'll do this for sure.
