Any LS1 Vega swaps? For some reason I really like seeing people stuff SBCs in an old Vega and blowing the doors off of everything. An LS1 in it would be awesome.
I searched and couldn't find any info or pictures. Anybody care to share?

Just kidding, my buddy has a 75 monza, and he's talking about a 6.0l with NOS and a turbo 350 and a 12 bolt. Guy is pretty motivated, and ususally follows through. If anything becomes of it i will post pics. mj

my brother is finishing his vega drag car now, built 355, roll cage, tubbed, narrowed 9" ford with 5:13 gears for the 1/8 mile, i hope he blows it so we can stuff an ls1 in there! 
, he's got a motor plate to hold the engine instead of motor mounts, i wonder if the ls1 will bolt to it?

Damn I almost choked when I read that....
But that would be cool. If I only had the money I would have the coolest **** but then again wouldn't we all. You know what else would be a blast? A friggin Corvair that would make that turbo 6 look like ****.
