Datsun LS280Z Update!
Hi,
I went to see my car yesterday.Mike said he is going to start working 100% on the car again.He had the headers and radiator on,He was working on the air intake and the radiator hoses.It will be going to the exhaust shop like in 15 days. Thats all for now.

man i got a my first car my 280z sitting in the garage and it hasnt been started in about 2 years now, i have been seriously considering doing a LS1/LT1 swap into it would be a hell of a car even with a stock LS1/LT1 with how much it wieghs..... my Z needs some body work though actually a lot of it.... but the interior is perfect we bought it for 3000 and the guy had 2500 in reciepts on interior restoration stock black carpet, stock floor mats, new dash, new guages car is amazing on the inside but everything else needs some TLC

I'm guessing they are the Sanderson headers you can order off of www.jagsthatrun.com through the Datsun LS1 Z page.
I've got a set heading my way now, they look quite nice

damn, ls2 under the hood, that thing is going to be a beast. I seen a 280zx done awhile back with an lt1 under it. Damn thing was fast enough, I can't image with that ls2 under it.

The Z is going to the exhaust shop this friday, After the exhaust gets done its going to the tune shop to get a basic tune and after that is going back to Mike (MAS280) so he can finish the wiring. and finally back for a dynotune.Hopefully this will take less than 3 weeks.

Car went to the exhaust shop today, Should take about a week to get done.After this is going to Mike's place one more time.Hopefully we are going to get it started in less than two weeks.so far it looks really good.
