Cheapest place to remove VATS?

Cheapest place to remove VATS? Hi all, first post. I've been lurking for awhile gathering info for a 5.3L swap I have planned for my Jeep. I intend to keep the engine stock and retain all of the emissions equipment. So to my understanding, the only thing that I need done to the PCM is have VATS turned off. I can't see paying $300+ for what amounts for 15 minutes of work, if that. So anyone have a inexpensive sources?

The truck PCM's don't have the ability to just "wire in a module" the VATS system is controlled through the serial data information so it has to be programmed out.
Might try wait4me, I hear they are cheap with stuff like that.

If you find someone local to you with HPTuners for the year & vehicle type of your PCM, I'm sure that they'd do it for a beer or two. It might help if you filled in the location information in your profile so we know where you live.
