Auto to Manual swap

Hey guys,
I have a 87 IROC that I bought, and want to swap the auto 700R to a manual trans. I just wondering whats all needed. And if anyone has the parts close to me? I live in Va beach Va. I know im gonna need a bell housing, pedals, clutch, and flywheel. Is there anything else im gonna need?

which tranny? t5 or t56?
