another ls1 fox body question

another ls1 fox body question ok, first off, can we combine all the good info into one thread and sticky it? it sucks having to search a hundred threads to find an answer. and since most are old,and most builds are nearing completion i'm sure there are better ideas now.
i'm seeing people use the aje sbc and 4.6 k members. which is better to start with, or do both have there problems? which are the headers of choice to start with. one thread said use the 5.0 bbk's, and cut and weld the ls1 flanges in that it.. another person said they still needed to move two tubes. which oil pan is being used on the swap. i may be using the 6.0 truck motor. will that pan work or will i need the fbody pan?
