I NEED PICS LSx 3rd geners and input
www.thirdgen.org has some great info as well.
have you already purchased the setup?
by your post it doesnt seem that you have researched much.
what are are you having trouble with?
After having John at speartech do it for me all i had to do was plug all the sensors in and i was good to go. Just spend some time on here and ThirdGen.org and you'll be good to go.

Couple of things we overlooked that slowed us up towards the end. Get a non traction control throttle cable and throttle bracket for a 4th gen. You'll probably still need to adjust it some but it's close to being right. You'll need a 4th gen torque arm mount too. Used transmission I bought didn't have it and I thought the 3rd gen one would work until it was time to bolt it up.
Before you drop the motor in go ahead and remove the wiper motor assembly for clearance. It just takes a second and made things a little easier.
Power steering lines will work with some manipulation to rebend them. Go slowly and just keep test fitting. This is a lot easier if the reservoir is not on the pump.
On the wiring, if you do your own don't forget to find an OBDII connector to wire in. Do a spread sheet or some other kind of table first to match up the wires. It will help avoid having to un/re-do things as you go along. Take the C100 connector apart and try to clean it up a little while you're cleaning out the engine bay. Not sure what that stuff is they used but it's nasty. I'm sure it's for waterproofing but man it's like tar and it makes things nasty when you're working on your wiring and it's hard to see pin locations too. If you need a VATS by pass check www.lt1350.com, cheap, easy to install and does the job.
That's a few of the things that stick out about our swap. If you have any questions I'll be happy to help out if I can. Check the links/sites the others provided, that's where I gained a lot of knowledge and it helped in planning for the swap.

I think you better talk to Bruce in person, unless you already have and his quote is for a lot of custom work or something.
