Default Help, What could it be?

Ok, I got a new ECU from Jesse today... Plugged it in and I get nothing? I check all of my grounds....

Engine to body
Engine to frame
Harness to back of head
Harness to lower block
Harness to other side of block
Battery to block

Check my wiring... Plugged my gas pedal module and the throttle body does its postioning thing when I turn the key but I get no spark, no fuel pump prime, nothing...

Thoughts?

You checked the grounds but did you check that the ECU is getting positive voltage? Could be a blown fuse. Also might check that the your connections between the ingition switch and ECU are correct and you are getting +12 when you turn the key to the on (not start) position.

The ECU is getting power. All time has power and the other wires (3 big red ones) all run to a 30 amp fuses(in good shape) to a relay(which works, it clicks when the ignition turns on just like before). The ECU is also getting 12volt when on the ON position.

All the wiring worked before the welding which is the part that is killin me.

Did you disconnect the battery before welding? If you didn't you blew a component, fuse or relay somewhere.

I was gonna say battery.. (but your TB adjusts itself, so it's working) or fuse (but you're getting power, your fuse is good..) bust out the multimeter and start probing your turn-on wires.. see what's not getting power when it's supposed to... Is it possible that the battery has less than the 12+volts it needs? High 11v means the battery's drained. Did you call Jesse back?

I'm pretty sure I fried the first computer welding so I got a new ECU from Jesse which I just got today. I'm gonna call/e-mail jesse and see what he says but in the mean time any other opinions would be great!
