Jeep Well After reading all the posts i've given up on trying to put the ls1 in my eclipse. I have a 88 jeep comanchee, inline 6 rwd. And im thinking it'll be a ton eaiser to just put on in this. It has a 5in lift scoop for added hood clearence. Help with this conversion pleeeease.

Awwww, don't give up so easy. Is your eclipse a fwd or awd, i think if it was awd, it could happen.......the jeep thing is a bolt in, they make adapters, special radiators, trans mount etc, it would be easier than the Eclipse.

Well the jeep would be fast! Google up adapters or trans adapt, i have been on their site and they have trans and motor mount solutions. There is a guy on ebay that sell alum. radiators made for the ls1 in a jeep, and they are reasonable. Try a search here, i have seen the info on here recently. Good Luck, keep us posted.

. Im' having coolant issues with the jeep replaced waterpump, radiator, hoses everything. So i figured what the heck why not upgrade . Clearance wise and all i have enough room to work with. Also how hard a build would u say this is?
