Toyota Corolla GTS

Anybody ever done a LSX engine/tranny swap into a 83-87 Toyota Corolla GTS? They are rear wheel drive after all. Did a search and came up with nada.

No one in has of yet. Also, you will need to remove the firewall to get the room you need to fit it. The 4age or 4a series engine is a short engine in height and length . The the issue of the small toyota rear axle. I have seen people stuffing toyota v6's in to the cars.....still alot of custom fitting. Good luck if you go this route.
