Viper T56 to 99' LS1

Viper T56 to 99' LS1 I am looking into a Viper T56 that has been converted to a GM Input shaft. But I noticed that the Hyd Throw out Bearing bolt holes are not in the same location as the GM. They look like they are (looking from the front) rotated 90 clockwise, 2 and 8 o'clock vs the GM location 11 and 5 o'clock.
See attached pictures of the converted Viper T56 and the F-Body TOB.
Does anyone know of what mod or part there is to get this to work ?

Will the Viper TOB hyd slave match up to the 99' F-Body master, that being the GM Quick Disconnect?
Can or do I have to use the Q/D and Bleed screw off of the GM and on t the Viper TOB?
