Trailblazer swap???
Well the 5.3 is available in the trailblazer and is even aluminum in the trailblazers if memory serves me correctly. Should be fairly straightforward as far as motor mounts go since the 5.3 is fundamentally the same engine as and LS1. Your would have to go with the truck accessories and maybe the intake as well. The only possible hurdle could be in the electronics but those should cross over as well.

If it already has the 5.3 just unbolt the 5.3 long block and bolt in the LS whatever! But I think only the EXT trailblazers have the 5.3. So if it has the 4.2 than the swap will be more expensive.
