Ok well I bought a motor and trans from a 2005 express van the motor has all the belt driven accesories even the belt still on but, no harness or cpu the harness I'am getting from spear tech but, my question is what cpu's wiil work with my engine? I plan to get it reprogramed but don't know if I can use any lsx computer.

Pretty much any 99-up lsx ECM will work, but it will depend on how he does the harness. The wiring changes a little bit after '02. You wold be better off to know what computer you are using before committing to the harness.

Ok so when I have the cpu I'll order the harness to the specs. I'm also have the electronic throttle body and pedal which I rather use if I can.

If you are planning to use the ETC, then you should go with a box from '03-'05. I would think that'd make it easier for the programming and wiring.
