Need Suggestions for an alternator
Need Suggestions for an alternator Gentlemen,
I am hoping someone has a reccomendation for a small alternator that pumps out somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 amps. I can make my own brackets and I would prefer a 1 wire hookup (makes wiring neater). Does anyone know of any applications that I can go look at in the parts store? I think Mitsubishi has one.

Because space on the front of the motor in my application is a premium. When I was at PRI everyone had these tiny and I mean tiny alternators on their engines. I asked a couple of people what the application was and was told it was a mitsubishi. I was planning on usign the LS1 alternator as a backup plan I was just fishing for something a little smaller.
