Transmission wiring ques - shift selector I'm starting the wiring on my project
(https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversions-swaps/449129-turbo-chevelle-gettin-there.html) and realized that I might not need a couple of connectors but wanted to run it by everyone. Is the smaller 5-pin connector that goes to the black gear selector box on the side of the transmission needed for proper pcm function? I don't think that the big connector would be...it's for neutral safety switch, backup lights etc. correct? There was some info in this thread (https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...ans+connector). I guess I'm more concerned about the 5-pin connector and whether or not it's necessary. Thanks!
