On my 1994 it had a 2.2l 4cyl and it already had a 3/8 feed line and 5/16 return line. I stuck with it like it is....and have read many people on here have done the same with stock to mildly modified engines.

Great looking swap. Nice work. I'm doing a 96 4x4 4Dr Blazer now. Finished the second day of work. engines out, front sheet metal is off, except the drivers with the abs computer. Was wondering if that has any special bleeding procedures before I go ripping it out. Wouldn't the truck AC compressor work with the AC relocation bracket you used. Also, I'd like to use the truck accessories if possible. I'm willing to do the fabbbing to move everything forward if I have to.( I'm cheep, gotta save what I can, hence using the 4x4 Blazer)What kind of HP and torque now with the mods you've done. Again, one of the nicest swaps i've seen.

By the way, I'm putting a 2005 Suburban 5.3 in, gonna keep the electronic throttle body, easy cruise control. Hopefully be lowering the engine in today to see what has to be moved/cut. Looks like the oil pan will work as is but hang a little low. Have to pull the front differential out I see also. But after that lots of room down there. Using 2.8 4x4 Blazer frame mounts and fabbed engine mount plates, already on hand. How did your sanderson headers work out? I know 2 wd but that could be in the future for me also. Thanks

awesome looking install, i hope mine looks 1/2 as clean when im done as well, ill have a little more room to move stuff around, i got rid of a/c completally, and ill be moving the battery to the bed, so hopefully ill have some room to work with, how long did the install take you? how much did you have to modify the oil pan? im not sure how mine will work out being that its from a van, so its got a skinny oil pan, hopefully i can just notch the k-member

Frizz you gonna chop that thing? We got stuck on my dads project the motor and tranny are done but I still gotta wire it and do a coupla of other things before I put it in (383 SBC with a HSM in a '65 C-10 sport side) but the baby will be here in a week or two so everything is getting put on the back burner.

Oh and Black X sorry to hijack the thread If my Blazer X comes out half as nice and I figure a lil faster I'll be very happy. I leaning towards something over 400ci prolly a 427ci if I'm lucky. Still gotta finish the suspension and rear. Gonna do the Tri 4-link and the coil overs with the 8.5" I'm building. Then on to the motor.

UPDATE!!!
Hey guys I thought I should updated this a little.
I have Added a BBK SSI Intake manifold and a Yank SS3600.
The new best ET for the truck is 11.27@123 with a 1.57 60'
The stock 4cyl fuel system is still maintaining a very rich 10.5:1 Air/fuel ratio and 58psi of fuel pressure on a 200 Shot.
