Cool car!

One minor suggestion - if you route the throttle cable under the fuel rail crossover, it will sit parallel to the FRC and clean up the engine bay a bit.

Thanks! ill probably do that.

The car actually handles pretty good! i was suprised, its a little soft but thats what you get with a drag suspension.

It brings back memories for me too. I owned 4 Vegas. One was a 355 small block. It retired never losing a street race. You've got a real clean machine. You hardly ever see a Vega anymore, especially a nice one.

im just letting everyone know, to keep there car nice dont ever drive it, i was sitting at a gas station yesterday just out front of the store and i had someone back into me while i was sitting in the car talking to my girlfriend, luckily it didnt do a sh*tload of damage but jeesus. she was driving a 92-94 v6 5-speed plymouth duster.(sundance) rediculous! ill get it fixed soon and then ill be back out with it, i even have a broken lower controll arm. it hit below the back bumper. just gives me a reason to put some boxed in LCA's on it!

Iv recently ran the car at the track with a stock ls1 with an intake and some crappy custom headers(i think the primaries are smaller than the stock manifolds) and dual into single 2.5'' exhaust and 3.08 gears the car ran 12.6@114.5 with 245/45/17'' street tires

Nice car!!! I see alot of pepole with that "stinger" type hood on their cars. Is that a aftermarket hood, or is it a fiberglass scoop on a steel hood?

Its a scoop put on the hood. eventually im going to buy an actual hood like that because i drove with my hood pins out and at 80-90mph the hood picks up about 6-8'' just from the air flowing into the radiator and trying to get out. so i know its holding back some air there....
