PCM reflashing I'm putting an LS1/t56 from a 2000 trans am into my 70 camaro. I've been reading that I need to reflash the computer in order to make it work. I bought a plug that will allow me to bypass the VATS system which I would like to retain anyway. What else do I need to do to the pcm to make it work for me?
If you are keeping the motor stock and it has a T56 program already it should run without any other changes.
If you remover AIR, EGR, rear O2's then you can flash these out of the PCM.

I want to hook up AC, but not right now, so I'm going to leave the AC on the harness. Will this effect the pcm or the way it runs?
