Default Pulley alignment problem

My pulleys seem to be out of alignment a bit. Are there any common culprits eg missed spacer or washer. I am using all GM corvette parts. No ac.
looks like alternator pulley in too far maybe a 1/4 in and tensioner rmaybe out about one belt rib.
Before I go crazy tearing everything apart I'm looking for the low hanging fruit. Tx

Is it a pressed in pulley that's out of whack? may have it pressed in too far in? I don't think you would need any spacers for anything if it's a completely stock system.

Could the crank pulley be the problem since I think its the only one that could vary in position

looks like its most off on tensioner. Belt tends to ride towards engine side implying balancer in too far? tx

Are you sure that you do not have an engine with a F-body balancer on it?
This would give an alignment mis-match of almost 3/4". Most alignment problems are related to mixing and matching Corvette and F-body parts.

The Corvette part # is 12560115.
You can tell if you measure, whether it is a F-body or Corvette. On the front cover, on the driver's side, there are a couple of little round flat pads cast in the cover. If you measure from one of these pads to the back of the balancer, the F-body will measure about 1.5". If the measurement is less than 1", it is a Corvette.

I don't know why I made it so difficult, you can just measure from the center of the bolt head holding the balancer to the front edge of the balancer.
A F-body balancer will measure almost exactly 1.5".

I seem to have a corvette one by the measurements. Could balancer be beseated in too far on crank? the crank snout is recessed about an 1/8 inch on balancer now. thanks John

No, it is pretty much impossible to seat the balancer to deep. The 1/8" sounds about right. If the blancer is not the the culprit, then I am at a loss.
about the only thing that I can think of is that the belt is not actually running in the correct path on the waterpump yet. rotate the engine through serveral rotations, and see if the belt does not walk itself back a little on the pump pulley. There are really only two diffwrent setups as far as belt alignment goes, and they are more then an inch different.
