Ever think about using a north star engine from a caddy? There 300hp fwd I think thats the best way to do it.

I've been a member on GAOC for quite a few years and know that there has been a successful 350 swap in a 99+ GAGT. I also know of a LT1 swap in a 94 or 95 Grand Prix. Theres also been a couple L67 swaps in GAs and the now common 3400 swap. (pre 99 and 4 banger GAs) Theres a guy I know who does a lot of p&p work on N and J bodies was certain he could easily swap a Cadillac 300 and begged me to test it out on my 95 GA but I did not want to put money into it.

northstar eh... yea my friend has that engine in his caddy. I'll def look into that. I might as well just buy the caddy though. Probably cost the same and probably less

There are a couple people who have done that swap but, I think it takes to much to do it. aedcentral has a couple of install pics of what it takes and it doesnt look fun.
