Not a full blown LS7. It is a sleeved LS2 block with LS7 heads and top half.

the only thing that makes people think that it is a 427 are the covers? i mean how else can we tell if it is a 427? either way it is nasty, and a very clean swap. looks good

4am now I just got back from Sports Compact Cars Magazine
Ultimate Street Car Challenge. I had alot of fun down there with all of the events and other cars. I will post up some video of the car soon.

Any pictures from the event? Any results? Are you using stock LS7 heads? What intake manifold?

now Im really interested in what happened. I always hated that challenge because they bash the 7s.

its actually a LS7 headed/sleeved LS2 shortblock to answer JohnB question, no dry sump oiling. im sure Mike can answer the rest, hehe.

i wonder how the Sport Compact guys reacted to the cars performance
they got a first hand taste at what "No Replacement for Displacement"
really is
im sure there were more than afew wondering what it takes to have their own LSx swap sport compact
