This is what I used to wire in a 05 ls2 motor with TBW and ls2 computer. I am not sure on the 06 ls2 wiring. I do not think that you could use a vette ls1 ecm anyways with a 06 motor. You have the wrong reluctor wheel.

So far this thread has been extraordinarily helpful and thank you in advance. I do have a few questions regarding my swap. I have a complete 05 GTO that I will be dismantling to install the LS2 and T56 into a 69 Camaro. Any informations or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
MZRICO - How did the GTO CMC bolt up, could you post a picture of how you did it?
Also, how did you mount the throttle-bywire?
Should I save any fuel line parts from the GTO to use in the swap (regulator, pump, etc) ?
I am not too knowledgeable with computers or PCM's, I plan on sending mine to Speartech, should I purchase a complete new harnes or have the rework mine?
Does anyone have info on swapping the barkes over to my car (calipers, rotors,?master cylinder)?
Any other suggestions?
Thanks again, John

Falcon I'll be glad to answer your questions. The GTO LS2 has some challenges when install in a 1st gen Camaro, as you can see from this post. But a 400 HP complete combo is hard to ignore and challenges most be overcome.

1) Mounting the computer is easy. I will get some pictures for you soon.
2) The drive by wire depends on the gas pedal you use. If you have the original GTO pedal you need the male plug that plugs into it. This plug is part of the internal wire harness (under dash) and is not included by most salvage yards with the engine. The problem with the plug is that is not available for sale and you will need to have your engine harness re-done to include the wiring for the gas pedal. If you have this plug you can send it and the computer plus engine harness to a good electronics guy and he will be able to set you up. I have a guy I can recommend out of Florida (can't post his info not sure he is a sponsor at this time e-mail me if you want his info) the rewiring was about $900 but that includes all needed relays, fuses, drive by wire work, and the hand held predator programmer. I did not have the plug for the GTO pedal so the Electronics guy set up my harness with the 2005-2006 Corvette plug. I had to order a new pedal, which was about $48. The work was excellent and it became a true plug and play job my car started on the 1st crank. My idea is pay a bit more up front and save the headaches later. I would go with the original harness and ECM and pay to get it reworked.
3) The fuel system I'm using is a stainless steel tank with in tank fuel pump. Here is a link to a post with fuel and other info on this swap:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversions-swaps/472609-lsx-into-67-69-camaro-basics.html#post4073808
4) The brake swap I did is from a 2002 Z28 Camaro all around 12" rotor disk brakes. Check with Phil Brewer at www.brphotrods.com he can help you with the bracket and instructions for brake conversions, I think the GTO has 13" rotors nice. Also ask Phil about his rack and pinion conversion kit, it chages the Camaro to front mounted stering and the oil pan (must use oil pan from 1998-2002 LS1 Camaro) will clear without modifications. His LS2 engine mounts save me a lot of trouble too.
Good luck, give me a few days to get the pictures.

Hello work continues and I'll be posting the ECM photos for Falcom soon (computer back with the Prgramer for adjustmets). The drive shaft is on the way. Still in need of a back seat before I can send the car for interior work but spring is close and swap meets abound. Done the AC install. I had to use a 2002 Camaro AC compressor due to the hose ports location on the 2005 GTO being on the side. The compressor bolts right on and all I needed was a new belt for 2002 Camaro. The compressor manifold I had custom made to clear and rout the hoses.
