55 chevy ls1 conversion
i am going to be pulling a ls1 and m6 out of a 01 ss camaro and putting it in a 55 chevy i was wondering what all i need to get out of the car to make this work. Thanks alot

Technically everything that's connected to it.....
It depends on a lot of things, but what do you want from it and what do local laws require are the two main issues you need to know first.

You'll need to get the engine harness or you could get the complete harness and use it instead of the 55 or some aftermarket harness, engine, transmission and readend unless you already have a good rearend. radiator, cooling fans and condensor and all the associated accessories for cooling and you should be ready to go,

Stock ac, alternator, and power steering pump and notch the crossmember
or
aftermarket pulley and equipment, some are quite expensive.
Chose the stock route as I can get parts at any Chevy dealer.
