Offroad Rock Buggy w/LS2
The LS2 is a GM Crate engine, with a UMI 90mm TB, ASA Cam, Ford 30lb/hr injectors, reversed intake, UMI harness and ECM...
The buggy is on custom Unimog 404 axles, aluminum (7075 T-651 2" solid) 4 link front and rear, front and rear full hydraulic steering with auto return to center, billet portal boxes, and Astralloy axles. The entire rig weighs 3500 lbs.

Have fun with it! My Cherokee isnt really as capable as a buggy yet... but Im seriously considering it for an LS1 donation after my car is done! Good work!

What's the approximate price tag on something like that? If it's all done by hand, that's gotta hurt the pocketbook. So cool looking though! Sweet rig.

There are quite a few companies making chassis that you can buy however.Total cost in parts so far is about $40k.
I had to change the exhaust manifolds to ones off a 6.0L truck. The stock LS2 manifold dumps right into the frame rail. It all worked out... sort of, except for the passenger side manifold, which now dumped into a support tube. I cut it off and fabbed a new structure around it and left room for where the exhaust will be.
