Got a Problem
Some additional info: I'm using the fuseblock from a 2000 trans am for my fuses and fan and fuel pump relays. I already checked the fuel pump relay and all the wires are hooked up where they are supposed to be. I'm using the original post on that fuse block for my direct battery connection for all my relays. Also, it isn't just my fuel pump that turns on. I have three relays that I use to power up my engine sensors, injectors, etc, and I can hear them clicking on everytime I touch the positive wire to the battery terminal. Those 3 relays also have the direct voltage terminal of the relay connected to that post on the fuse block.

Terminal 85 to pin D of connector C101
Terminal 86 To ground
Terminal 30 Direct to battery voltage
Terminal 87 to 1 20A fuse then to the fuel pump
Terminal 85 of the Ignition Relays are hooked to a lead that is hot in run and start modes, but they activate when I hook up the positive battery lead.
Vinh.
Is your fuel pump constantly running??? Or does it prime then shut off..??
