I have acquired a 6.0 liter truck engine and am going to attempt to shove it into a 98 V6 Camaro. I was wondering if this has been done before, and if so could you give me the link to it? Also, I would like to know of any potential problems I might encounter ( like the water pump, oil pan, and low compression heads).

you need the motor mounts, oil pan, oil filter, Intake & Exhast manifolds from a FBody.
Also the alternator and alternator bracket, power steerning pump bracket and maybe the pump. And of coarse the the PCM(ECU) and wiring harness. If you are going this far you should just go ***** out and swap the cam and get long tubes. I would post this on LS1/LS6 internal engine section those guys know 98-02 F-Bodys inside and out

Yeah, that was the plan. I am going to get 243s, a 4000 stall, coated LTs, better rod bolts, and a G5X4 or something equally insane. If anyone else can think of a better combination (keep it realistic) I am open to suggestions.
