Default 59 Impala LS1 TT nearly complete

Finally nearing completion, few bugs to be worked out, and a couple pieces of trim to be installed, but after a years worth of work, it's almost done.
Before/after:

Bigger pics http://www.ls1speed.com/59/finished.cfm

Hope to take better pics in the next few days here. Baseline Dyno numbers on 93 octane netted over 640RWHP.

Big thanks to my crew here at Speed Inc. and everyone else involved.

Tom

Beautiful car.
THAT IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE CAR.
When I was @ SEMA last fall, I stood and stared at the Green Roadster that Boyd Cottington built on that tv show for over 1 hour.

A totally modern 59 is in my future.

GREAT JOB

it made over 640 on 93 octane w/13#. We can crank it up and probably make 750-800, but I built this car to cruise not really race or go "***** to the wall". That being said, I would love a 10.99 time slip on drag radials.

I need to get it on a scale.....

Thanks!

TO clarify, when I said "IT IS FINALLY NEARING COMPLETION", I said it because I have been very anxious to enjoy it. A years time to do a frame off resto, along with adding a ton of technology to the car is not too bad. 90% of it was done on the side, not on my Speed Inc time

Nice work. As stated while it was progressing, it looks great! I can only hope to be able to do work like that on any of my projects. I would love to take my T/A apart and rebuild it, but like everything else in life it takes time and money. Neither of which are in excess supply!

Car is looking great and I hope you enjoy it a bunch before the cold weather!
