Inertia Fuel Pump Cut Off
Andy1
On Fords, if someone bumps your car hard enough in a parking lot, it will trip the switch. It must be manually reset; it has a reset button on it. The switch in my Explorer in just under the dash on the passenger side.

Ok, let me re-phrase the question:
Is there any provision in the late model GM cars/trucks with the LSx series motors that use any type of fuel pump cut off in case of accident/impact/rollover, etc?
58psi fuel spraying all over the place after an accident sounds just a bit dangerous, does it not? Sure seems to me that the manufacturers (all of them) would somehow address safety this issue. Anyone know for sure?
