ls1/4l60e to ls2/4l653 swap?

ls1/4l60e to ls2/4l65e swap? not sure if this is the right place to put this but I had a question about the swap.
on an 02 Camaro SS, what is different when pulling the motor tranny from an 06 GTO? What all do I need to put the LS2/a4 in there or does everything bolt into factory locations? The car is already an auto car so I think that will be hte biggest time-saver
