Default Ls2 weight
Anyone Know the weight of a new Ls2 compared to a cast iron small block? Trying to figure out spring rates for the car.Thanks Tim

probably 2-300 pounds if the motor had cast iron heads and mani on it also

In general, a all Alum LSx with all accessories is about 430+ lbs's... SBC in general (Iron) is about 100 lbs more without accessories in the 550 lbs range.
