I plan on having my stock chevelle one shortened. I have already had it shortened once for the 700r4 install so hopefully it will still work without shortening.

Is the ls1 Aluminum shaft too long or too short ?

If it's too short, can you get it lenghtened ?

I woul MUCH prefer having an aluminum shaft since I have it already ..

What setup do you have? I have a th350 behind mine and I used a driveshaft out of a 92 chevy 2wd truck 117.5 wheelbase and it fit like a champ.
