Like the title says, does anyone know what type of fitting and what size the return side of the power steering gearbox is? I believe the pressure side is a 16mm x 1.5 metric inverted flare. I thought the return side was a 14x1.5 inverted flare but my fitting does not seem to work w/ the box. Thanks!

Not sure the size but it's a saginaw fitting with an o-ring. I just fitted mine up today.

which are are you working with ? 98 truck or Chevelle?

The Truck would be Metric with O-rings fittings, I am not sure of the size off hand(anyone else?).

If your talking about the Chevelle box, would be 11/16 inverted Flares for the High side and 5/8 inverted flare for the low side.

This is for the chevelle, but I put in a quicker ratio box, supposedly from a 3rd gen camaro.

That's odd, my 3rd gen box has both saginaw fittings
