I use the QA-1 tubular for the 4.6 cars, and they work perfect. There is plenty of clearance between the rack, and oil pan, and I have about an inch between the passanger head and the firewall. I'm building 2 cars now, and will take some pictures so you can see. You can get the k-member and a new set of 4.6 motor mounts for about $300.

I guess I will just order and go from there. I read the 6.0 was different, maybe in this thread, they are all running together now.....

buy the aje k member, they make solid plate mounts, the vibration is very minimal. i am running the chevy t56, aje told me they made the trans crossmember, they sent me 2 that both didnt work!, i ended up keeping one, cutting the center section out and welding it myself.
