Yes, it is posible. I'm using an 04 Yukon PCM. I've tested it with the 2004 Express OS with the "Fans" Option changed to 2 Fans in HPTuners, and it works fine.
Blue Conn. Pin #42 : Low Speed cooling fan relay Control (Relay 1)
Green Conn. Pin #33: High speed cooling fan relay. (Relay 2/3)

Ok I'm tryin to figure out how to wire up my fans using the three relays like gm does and control fans through PCM, I been doing some research and I found two great pieces of info but they conflict each other on one thing.
One diagram shows terminal 85 get the ground signal from the PCM and terminal 86 to get switched power see first picture
Now I drew a diagram for this write up but can't post it but I will post the write up and it states that the PCM sends the ground signal to terminal 86 and switched power goes to 85 does it matter and if so where does it go
