Please resize them. Need more pics of the Chevelle and sand rail. Looks like some sweet rides in the garage.

I have been thinking about doing this for my Wife's '79 Jaguar. Do you have a write-up on the process?

i've been thinking about doing this with my 89 vanden plas jag. is the engine bay any diff xjs vs. vanden plas (xj6), and what about gauges?

I do not have a write up. There is a ton of fabrication. We made motor mounts, trans mounts, headers, exhaust, driveshaft, custom wiring, fuel system, radiator supports, custom a/c system, reworked oil pan & pickup, pretty much everything had to be made to get that motor to fit into the car properly. We had to do a lot of trick stuff because the customer wanted the interior to remain stock. We were able to get all of the stock gauges working as well. Definitely not a job that can be done at home.

There is actually more room in the engine bay, width-wise in the Xj6 than the Xjs. It will be a little bit easier to put it in that car instead of the coupe.

good luck on the aluminum arms. My 89 cracked both of them with the stock 262/290 V12. Won't last long with the hammering torque of the LS1
