LSx into S chassis, clutch idea
the stock clutch master cylinder from nissans isnt strong enough to engage a LS1 clutch, we all know that.. so most people do an alternative of a tilton firewall mount clutch master. which seems to be the hardest part of the swap.
in my infinite wisdom (or lucky brainstorm while ebaying earlier) i thought about this instead.
whole thing would cost 125$ and be 1000 times easier to mount in car. just remove the whole factory clutch pedal assembly, put a small plate down to level the floor, put a plate under the car, drill some holes, and bolt it up. then run your new hardline through the firewall and out to the clutch.
any thoughts?

I wonder what the pedal height would be compared to the stock hanging pedal. With the clutch and brake pedals at different heights, might give a strange feel to the pedals. Also, can the clutch pedal be removed separate from the brake pedal?

dude.
1 floor mounted pedal.
2 firewall mounted pedals.
besides feeling....horrible. its totally not hard to make an adapter plate. if its that hard, mail me cost of what your going to spend to make that pedal work and ill mail you an adaptor plate.
