no better or no worse with street tires, belive me its not what is keeping me from hooking up at this point. But with DR's its not a problem.

Hmm.. that seems to defy logic.. based off the idea of weight transfer and all that good jazz, but its good news.

That is more of a fine tune adjustment at this point. What I'm getting at with my street tires there is no amount of weight transfer I can create with making the rear soft that is going to fix my traction trouble. But a simple tire change and I'm good then I can dial it in from there to break the rear lol.

Also I got some dyno vids of the car here now. This from from a local dyno day.

Made 392HP / 361TQ on a mustang dyno and it was hot a humid out too.

Here is another pull I dont know what was up with this one but the load on the dyno does not seem to be right at the top end.

Awesome swap. I worked with a kid with a FD R1, I didn't know **** about imports at the time but wow, what a beautiful car, awesome lines.

I need to get back to work on this car. I took it apart again to build a new motor, cage, BBK, and some other things and its still down.

I wish I had more motivation today, i would have gone out and put my car back together but its 25 degrees and my furnace in my pole barn is out of LP. Maybe next weekend!

Right now I'm collecting parts for a 402 LS2 in the car. I have my room just stacked with parts from cobra diff to TEA heads lol.

Default questions about FD dual oil coolers on ls1 fd

-Did you verify the thermostats open @ xxx temp (180*F or what?)?
-Any more info on modifying/shimming the oil pump to maintain proper pressure/function?
-Any oil temperature data from having the duals on the track?
-Where do you measure oil temps?

Wilwood 7/8" master with a threaded rod to go into the RX7 pedal. I use JTR 1 7/8" headers with the V band collector.

Yes they start to open at 160 and are full open by 180. I shimmed the pump .015 that was good for about 12psi
