msd controller for carb

Can i get the msd controller that is programable with the victor jr, or will i have to buy that seperate? also does the controller come with the wiring harness or is that seperate also. Msd says comes with harness but it doesnt show it in the pic on summit or jegs.

I had to buy the intake by itself then purchase the programable msd seprate, and i got it on ebay new for 200.

So thats everything needed besides a intake. Why is it only $578 to buy the mod and intake seperate. and $641 for the package?
