im working on a conversion into a tube car with very little clearance to the steering shaft. Although i am able to make my own, id love to find an off the shelf header that either drops back and in tightly near the block and can remain inboard of the steering or has a passage between the tubes that the shaft can transit.
im using the ubiquitous aluminum block adapters in the stock location with a sbc mount, so tubes 1 and 2 do need a rearward sweep to them. I understand that teh S&P shorty for a 69 camaro might work, but would prefer a long tube.
any suggestions are appreciated....thanks

You;ll spend more time jacking around trying to find something that "might" work than you would just building the right setup...
