the cooler goes on the return side so all you need is hose and clamps.
i have no clue what fitting the pump uses for the pressure side. i used the stock line with compression fittings to adapt to the stock 240 line.

well i found on on the 240 end of things.
PS line into PS rack have two different thread pitches.
Bigger one is return line. 16mm x 1.5
Smaller is in-line. 14mm x 1.5

So, for clarification...
LS1 Pump (hi-pressure) 16mm x 1.5 ---> 240 rack (hi) 14mm x 1.5
LS1 Pump (low) 3/8" nipple ---> 240 rack (low) 3/8" nipple to 16mm x 1.5 (adapter already there from the factory)
