Do yourself a favor, skip the 4 walbro pumps and use 1 weldon!! Mine has been the toughest fuel pump i've ever had, they rule. (they make fuel pumps for rocket weaponry, the automotive market seems like their little joke)

Our setups are almost exactly the same, yours has a bigger turbo, IC, injectors, more cubes etc. but the same rules apply. I'd be happy to answer any questions!

How do you like the air to water IC? How much HP does that weldon support?

First attempt at making headers, not really in love with the bend on the #2 runner, almost need to get a tighter bend.

New shifter got here also..

trust me, If I told you how much I had invested you wouldn't believe me. My goal for this project was 20k including car, with the funds coming from parting out my corvette.

The jury is still out on the a/w, I don't have a heat exchanger (run ice water @ the track) but the only real bitch of the whole deal is heat soak when it's stopped. I've got the water pump on a switch though, so far the water will only get to around 105 degrees F in traffic, if i don't circulate it constantly and flip the switch 30 seconds or so before i mash it it seems to work well.

I may not be the person to ask though, I'm not running knock sensors... (out of sight, out of mind lol...)

My DB2025 is rated for 1400 injected HP/1600 Carb HP. I would seriously doubt it runs out @ 1400 though, the first time on the dyno I had a WG malfunction that momentarily shot the boost to 32psi (until i could lift) surprisingly the datalog actually looked great, it had fuel!! lol...

If i had it to do over again I would buy the -8 in -8 out simply because that much -10 fuel hose is PRICEY$$$$. At least i have the capability of going to a B2311-A

The old tank in the car didn't have a 'kick-down' sump, just a flat bottom and would starve the pump in the shut-down area. (tough to hear @ speed, happened to notice it on the fuel pressure gauge) Needless to say it survived a lot of abuse and somewhere on the order of 4000-6000 street miles so far.

I need to order the materials to make the instrument cluster and need some advice on guages. I'm thinking a 5" tach in the middle with 2 or 3 - 2 1/16" guages on each side mounted on an aluminum panel. Here is my thought on guages:
Stewart Warner
Tach: 0 - 8000rpm
Boost/Vac: -30 - 25psi
Water Temp: 100 - 260degrees
Oil Pressure: 0 - 100psi
Trans Temp: 120-320degrees

Any other guages that might be good to have?
Phil

id prefer a 3" or so tach.
5" is overkill imo.
other than staging at the track, i never really watch mine.
always wait for the shiftlight.

Whats the standard size for the transmission output driveshaft yoke at its biggest point? I need to figure out how much room to leave between the trans and the trans tunnel for driveshaft clearance...
