Default Another LS1 RX-7

I've been working on this over the past month during my winter break between semesters and if back ordered parts didn't plague the install progression it could have been up and running. It only needs a few more pieces before it fires up, but I ran out of time and I had back to college tomorrow. Hopefully I can get all the parts in and get it out on the road.

Let me know what you think. It's an '88 SE getting a '98 LS1 w/ T56. I've got a few basic bolt ons (ls6 mani, k&n intake, Wait4me Mail order tune, ls6 oil pump, katech rod bolts, and some other random stuff)

Now for the pics.

Pulling the rotary.

What it looks like from the outside. Pretty decent for a 20 year old car but I'd really love to freshen up with a z06 white or honda championship white.

Hopefully it will be on the road by the end of the month.

I live in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago and go to school at Illinois State. It gets really frustrating having parts in different locations and not having enough time to work on the car. I think I recognize your car from torque central. Are you over on that site?

Thanks for the comments. This is the first time I've actually got to flex all my backyard mechanic skills and its been going fairly well so far. Hopefully the closing stages go alot smoother than the begining.

Bartlett, its a small forgotten burb of about 40k people between Elgin and Schaumburg.

Tomorrow starts my final round of ordering parts and the fingers are crossed that they have everything in stock as backorders suck.
