FWIW In EFIlive its under System>Tach

This is their explanation of the numbers:

The number of crankshaft medium resolution pulses (24x pulses) to hold the tach output high (should match {G1205} "Tach Pulses Low").

The number of output pulses P is calculated as P=24/(N*2) where N is the value of this calibration.

Sample values for this calibration:
For 12 pulses, use N= 1
For 6 pulses, use N= 2
For 4 pulses, use N= 3
For 3 pulses, use N= 4
For 2 pulses, use N= 6
For 1 pulse, use N=12

You could also get a convertor box from dakota digital, or baker electronics(check e-bay), but I think it is much easier to just change the parameter in the PCM.
With hptuners where do you to change the pulse pulse rev

So I emailed HPtuners to reprogram my pcm for the correct tach signal and they told me they dont do that there. I'm confused because then what the heck do they do there? Anywho....

HPtuners doesn't reprogram anything. YOU do it WITH HPtuners....
They just market the goods for DIY tuners...
