Default HELP from any stang swappers

Im in the process of buildign a turbo 5.3 powered notch stang.....my question is how low does the car pan hang? is there room for the truck pan...i dont mind it being a little bit low but just need to know if its do-able ,the truck pan I already have and already have a return oil line fitting in it etc...... next question is did most of you retain the ford starter solenoid on the fender?

He was kinda short, email and ask him for clearance pics... and what pan he used? Said he is working on some swap parts I believe.... I have a 6.0, and a 99 stang found. Pricing 6 spd parts and seeing what all I need, so budget is all me....

Truck pan will not work. You will need a Camaro F car pan and even so, you'll need a tubular K for the clearance. Also, the steering rack may need to be lowered with offset rack bushings. I have whole thread on the swap.

https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversions-swaps/532570-ls1-coupe-t-76-a.html

I know its possible ...but most of you think its not so lets move onto the next topic, has anyone succesfully retained any of the stock gauges by using the ford senders in the ls motor?

alright *** hole then your welcome to leave i didnt say a stock (un modified) factory k would work with a stock un modified f body pan now did i........ and if you know how to read i said in the previous post with the link that it doesnt say in that thread but it does say on turbo mustangs he is running a factory k member .... is it modified ? i have no idea but anything is possible with some work..i might not know alot about swapping an ls in a stang but ive done my share of conversions

76 camaro -factory 6 popper sbc swap
81 chev shortbox factory sbc conveterted to bbc
89 chev s-10 rcsb v8 swap
89s10 rclb v8 swap(also built mounts,roll cage,ford 8 " cowl hood etc etc etc)
81 mazda rx7 sbc swapped
88 s10 blazer sbc/th400 swapped
and my most recent 86 mazda rx7 sbc/200r4 swapped ran 11.27 @ 2800 ft

im by far an expert on anything but thats why i was ASKING a question you dont have to get all bent out of shape just because you cant make something work doesnt mean others cant . As ive stated before i can figure this one out myself as it seems most opt to go tubular......so NEXT QUESTION has anyone succesfully used any of the stock stang gauges

sorry the previous post might have been a bit harsh but just think about it just because you say it doesnt work doesnt mean that its not possible................ here is the quote from Turbo mustangs .. i would post the link but not sure that im allowed

" I USED STOCK K-MEMEMBER. ONLY THING I HAD TO DO WAS CUT OUT JUST A LITTLE BIT TO CLEAR THE OIL PAN,IT WASNT ENOUGH TO HURT ANYTHING. U SHOULD BE OK DOING THAT ."

i really don't think that was necessary! where do you come off bringing me into this when i've never come across as a know it all?!?!?! hell, i'm the first to admit to everyone who pm's me with questions that i didn't build the car, but i have never acted like a know it all! find me one post where i disagree wtih anyone who's said something, as you have here. show me 1 time that i came across as a dick like you have here. i'll tell you now that you can't! you can go though every last post i've EVER made and you wont find anything. but i do have the capability to repeat what i know and have the courtesy to try to help out someone on here if i can! so the next time you have something stupid to say, keep your fingers off the keyboard!
