S14 LS1 question regarding RB crossmember
I've been searching to find the answer but haven't come up with it yet.
Does the Nissan RB crossmember allow the use of any stock header in the S14 chassis without modifications to the header?
Will a RB20 or RB25 or RB26 crossmember work?
What stock header is best for this combination, corvette?
Thanks,
Fred

nope, only hinsons headers will clear without any modifications to the headers. The rb crossmembers only get you a little more clearance room, but the steering rack will still be in the way

Hi guys, I am from Australia and have been reading up on LS conversions into silvia's and noticed you use an RB x-member. Have you looked for a Cefiro x-member. It is a direct bolts in for RB conversions as the cefiro shares the chassis with the S13. Nobody uses RB x-members in Oz!
