New Guy ok guys heres whats goin on i am now have crossed over from the ford side!!!!i am now a die hard chevy guy and now i have the idea of dropping a ls1 into my 88 mustang gt.but with me being an ex ford guy i want to know if i could get the kennebell supercharger under the stock hood and will i be able to use the existing exhaust.what level of difficulty would you rate this project..and can i get a parts list
ls1 mustang it is a fairly is swap, what trans are you gonna use, i have a 89 coupe with a 5.3 that runs 11.2's on 100 nos, it is so fun to drive, i can help you with any question you have here is a link to see the car

im going to use the m6 tranny......how much spece is between the hood and top of the motor i'm reallylooking forward to driving a supercharged ls1....especially in the light wieght foxbody.....and is your ls1 stock running 11's
