I sure hope to knock at least a couple tenths off still if i can do it before it gets hot. I have 2 1/2 exhaust with flowmasters also. Need new exhaust might try open headers also. I was shift about 5500 in first and 5800 in 2nd so there might be some et with higher shift points.

Yes i do, i can feel them start to grab and then i let off, my girlfriend said they didnt smoke that much, i dont have side mirrow or rear view so i cant see crap., It might not 60 foot real good becasue i have a slight hestation when i floor it, i found a vacume leak when i am giving it gas so maybe that will help.

Try raising your shift point up to around 6000-6200rpm. You are really leaving a lot on the table by shifting it like a truck.
And you do want a 3-5 second very smokey burnout on those radials. Lots of wheel speed to during the burnout.
Congrats on running 12's in the grocery getter, I have always loved those Malibu Wagons myself. With a little practice you will be hitting 12.0's or even quicker.
