Im using a 98 pcm in combo with motor and 6 speed trans. i am trying to go threw and eliminate wiring i dont need before i start mock up in he car. I have some questions on the wire, if i need them and why, thanks

Transmission range signal A
Transmission range signal B
Skip shift solenoid
1-2 shift solenoid
Skip shift lamp control

Reverse inhibit soleniod control
Trans signal range C
TCC brake signal switch

ECT sensor
Trans Fluid pressure control (low and high)

Theo nly things I see that you are gonna need are:
Reverse inhibit - goes to 6 speed Reverse lockout. Computer controls the solenoid and I believe it'll lock you out of reverse if this isn't connected.
ECT Sensor - Engine Coolant Temp. The computer will want to know the engine coolant temperature in order to run properly.
